Gabriele Serpella

I’m a passionate and eclectic Game Designer and, over the past 3+ years, I’ve been able to work on a wide variety of game types and engines.

Even if my main focus is on game design, over the years I’ve filled many roles that thaught me a great deal about making games, for instance I found myself doing QA Testing and UI/UX.

I’ve worked with several different teams, met many people, and learned quite a number of game production processes along the way.


I’m quick to adapt, and I love learning new things, growing, and pouring my passion into making games. 

Outside of making and playing games, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, travelling and listening a lot of music!

  • Creation of GDD with player progression, game balance, UI flows, symbol behavior and their rewards

  • Functional testing on UI flows and 2D animation

  • Managed the full design lifecycle of 3C, from initial sketches and blockout to final implementation in Unity

  • Conducted test cases and regression tests for the 3C design, movement and character combos

  • Collaborated accross departments (art, sound, programming and animation) to refine gameplay feel
