About Me

I am Gabriele Serpella and I live in Milan.

I am an eclectic Game Designer & QA Tester with 3+ years in game development.

Over the past years, I’ve been able to work on a wide variety of game types, platforms, engines, and technologies - mobile games, action games, social games, and even board games!

While I’ve been focused on Game Design and QA testing for over 3 years, I’ve had many roles over the years that have helped me learn a great deal about making games. My journey started as a game designer, then game designer and QA Tester, and now I have develop skills also in UI/UX, using tools like Photoshop, After Effects and Spine 2D.

I’ve worked with several different teams, made many friends, and learned several different game production processes along the way.​

This wide variety of skills and experiences also help make me a better game designer/tester and a significant added value for companies; I've developed skills in UI/UX, Level Design, VFX and thanks to all these experiences, I have been able to develop my professional expertise, which I bring to every workplace I collaborate with.​​

I’m quick to learn, adapt, and leverage all of that experience to mold whatever we are making into something fantastic.

I strive to be empathetic and serve those I collaborate to help them to achieve a great experience.

I love learning new things, growing, and pouring my passion into making games. I hope to keep doing it for many years to come.

Outside of making games, I love cooking, coffee, wine, dogs, cinema, travel, gym, comics, listening music, and of course, video games!
